About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and organized individual to join our team as an
Admin & Finance Executive. This role is ideal for someone who can efficiently manage
administrative operations while handling essential finance and accounting functions. You will
play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, managing financial
transactions, and supporting management with accurate reports and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls, mail, and couriers efficiently.
• Perform errands such as visits to banks, post offices, and other administrative needs.
• Maintain and organize office files, storage systems, and handle scanning, copying, and
documentation.
• Manage appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and event coordination for
management and staff.
• Handle office petty cash and ensure timely settlement of reimbursements.
• Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
• Oversee office supplies and inventory management.
• Act as the point of contact for internal teams and external clients.
• Support in planning and arranging internal events, including catering and logistics.
• Compliance with policy terms, and coordination with insurers and internal teams.

Finance Responsibilities:
• Handle daily accounting operations including journal entries, general ledger, and
reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and invoicing.
• Coordinate with Auditor on preparing financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Assist with payroll preparation, expense tracking, and reimbursements.
• Support in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain coordination with internal and external auditors.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare MIS reports and other financial summaries for management.
• Maintain organized documentation and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in administrative and/or finance roles preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced), MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and payroll processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work independently.
