We are looking for a full-time Admin Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This is a work-from-office role based at AECS Layout, Bangalore – 560037. The work hours are from 12 PM to 9 PM IST. The individual will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative operations, supporting various office functions, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office activities. He/She must be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, sort, and coordinate incoming calls, mail, and couriers
  • Perform office errands such as visits to the post office and bank
  • Maintain office files and documentation systems
  • Scan, copy, and fax documents as needed
  • Manage travel bookings, appointments, meetings, and events for staff and management
  • Handle petty cash and assist in accounts-related activities
  • Ensure office equipment is well-maintained and serviced
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory
  • Prepare regular reports as assigned
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Manage front desk/reception and assist visitors
  • Help in organizing office events and arranging catering
  • Assist with any other administrative duties assigned by the management


Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), internet, and email
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

Second Shift - 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
