We are looking for a full-time Admin Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This is a work-from-office role based at AECS Layout, Bangalore – 560037. The work hours are from 12 PM to 9 PM IST. The individual will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative operations, supporting various office functions, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office activities. He/She must be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and coordinate incoming calls, mail, and couriers
- Perform office errands such as visits to the post office and bank
- Maintain office files and documentation systems
- Scan, copy, and fax documents as needed
- Manage travel bookings, appointments, meetings, and events for staff and management
- Handle petty cash and assist in accounts-related activities
- Ensure office equipment is well-maintained and serviced
- Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory
- Prepare regular reports as assigned
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Manage front desk/reception and assist visitors
- Help in organizing office events and arranging catering
- Assist with any other administrative duties assigned by the management
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), internet, and email
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
