Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the digital marketing & recruitment team and follow up on prospects to actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Will pro-actively conduct research, cultivate, and enhance relationships with the current and potential customers and key contacts in industry.
- Work closely with the clients in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns post onboarding.
- Establish and maintain relationships with the clients to stay on top of current and future hiring and business needs.
- To ensure our success rate is as high as possible.
- Send daily reports of progression achieved.
- Responsible for translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts.
- Reviewing clients & feedback and implementing necessary changes through regular client follow up.
- Run our Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and industry profile accounts and grow our social following .
Qualification: -
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales (preferably in digital marketing, E-Mail marketing,
recruitment sales etc)
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required , MBA preferred.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Prior knowledge of CRM is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office should be excellent.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Work timings: 5:30pm-2:30am. Mon-Fri. Complete work from office.
